Emily Boegheim, one of my testers, was kind enough to attempt to get Blue Lacuna running under Linux. Here are a few workarounds she came up with:
"Either Windows Git or Windows Glulxe will run under Wine happily. However, Windows Glulxe seems to run painfully slowly (even more painfully slowly than it does under Windows) so that's probably not a good idea."On the native side, compiling either Git or Glulxe with GLKTerm will also work. GLKTerm can't do colours, so players will have to change the presentation details. Also, occasionally a little question mark creeps into the output - after the command prompt, or between paragraphs. Nothing deal-breaking, though.
"Those, it seems, are all the choices Linux users get at the moment. Here's hoping someone will update Gargoyle soon..."
